Ordering
Browse our menu, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Enter your delivery details and submit your order. You will receive a payment and order confirmation link via email or phone.
No, you can place an order as a guest. Simply provide your name, phone number, and delivery address at checkout. However, creating an account lets you track past orders and reorder favourites easily.
Once your order is confirmed and being prepared, modifications are not possible. If you need to cancel, please contact us immediately at +91 98765 43210. Cancellations are subject to our refund policy.
There is no minimum order amount. You can order as little or as much as you like. However, a small delivery fee may apply for orders below a certain value depending on your location.
Delivery
We currently deliver across Tinsukia, Dibrugarh, and Guwahati in Assam. Enter your pincode at checkout to confirm delivery availability in your area.
Delivery typically takes 30 to 50 minutes depending on your location and order volume. During peak hours (lunch and dinner), delivery times may be slightly longer.
Currently, all orders are prepared and delivered as soon as possible. We are working on adding a scheduled delivery feature. Stay tuned!
Payment
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and UPI payments. After placing your order, you will receive a payment link via email or SMS for online payment options.
Yes, all online payments are processed through secure payment gateways. We never store your payment details on our servers.
Food & Quality
Absolutely. We source fresh meat, vegetables, and spices daily from trusted local suppliers. Our rice is premium aged basmati, and all spices are ground fresh in our kitchen.
Yes, we have a dedicated vegetarian menu including Veg Dum Biriyani, Paneer Biriyani, and various vegetarian sides and desserts. All veg items are prepared separately.
Our biryanis contain common allergens such as nuts, dairy, and gluten. If you have specific allergies, please mention them in the delivery notes at checkout or call us before ordering.
