Our Hygiene Practices
FSSAI Compliant Kitchen
Our cloud kitchen is fully registered and compliant with the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) regulations. We adhere to all mandatory food safety norms and undergo regular inspections to maintain our certification.
Daily Kitchen Sanitisation
Our entire kitchen is deep-cleaned and sanitised every day before operations begin. All cooking surfaces, equipment, and utensils are sterilised using food-grade sanitisers. We maintain a detailed cleaning log that is reviewed by our kitchen supervisor daily.
Staff Health & Hygiene
All kitchen staff undergo regular health check-ups and are required to wear clean uniforms, gloves, hairnets, and masks during food preparation. Strict hand-washing protocols are enforced before, during, and after handling food. No staff member with any illness is permitted to work in the kitchen.
Fresh Ingredient Sourcing
We source our ingredients fresh daily from trusted local suppliers. All meat is procured from certified vendors and stored at the correct temperature. Vegetables and spices are washed and inspected before use. We never use frozen or pre-processed ingredients in our biryanis.
Temperature Control
We maintain strict temperature control throughout our entire food chain. Raw ingredients are stored in refrigerators at the correct temperature. Cooked food is held at safe serving temperatures. Our delivery packaging is designed to keep food hot and fresh during transit.
Safe Packaging
Every order is packed in food-grade, tamper-evident containers that are sealed before dispatch. Our packaging materials are BPA-free and microwave-safe. We use separate containers for different items to prevent cross-contamination and maintain the integrity of each dish.
