1. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order free of charge before our kitchen begins preparing it. Once preparation has started, the order cannot be cancelled as fresh ingredients have already been used.

- Cancellation requests via email may not be processed in time due to the quick nature of food preparation
If you cancel before preparation begins, you will receive a full refund. If preparation has already started, no refund will be issued.
2. Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a full or partial refund in the following situations:
- Wrong item delivered: You received an item you did not order
- Missing items: One or more items from your order were not delivered
- Quality issue: The food was spoiled, stale, or had a foreign object
- Significantly delayed delivery: Order arrived more than 60 minutes beyond the estimated delivery time without prior communication
- Damaged packaging: The packaging was tampered with or significantly damaged, compromising food safety
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Change of mind after the order has been confirmed and preparation started
- Incorrect delivery address provided by the customer
- Customer was unavailable to receive the delivery and did not respond to the delivery person's calls
- Minor variations in taste or presentation from what is shown in product images (handcrafted food may vary slightly)
- Issues reported after 30 minutes of delivery
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Provide your order number (found in your confirmation email/SMS)
- Describe the issue clearly and attach photographs of the delivered items if applicable
- Our team will review your complaint and respond within 2 hours during business hours
5. Refund Processing
Once a refund is approved:
- Online payments (UPI): Refund will be credited to the original payment source within 3 to 5 business days
- Cash on Delivery orders: Refund will be issued as store credit or transferred via UPI to your registered mobile number
In some cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund if the issue can be resolved by resending the correct or fresh order. You will be given the choice between a replacement and a refund.
6. Replacements
If you received the wrong item or your order was damaged, we will offer a free replacement delivered as soon as possible. Replacement eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis after reviewing the complaint and any supporting photographs.
