All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Menu items, prices, and availability may vary by location. We currently operate and deliver in Tinsukia, Dibrugarh, and Guwahati, Assam. Delivery is subject to serviceability of your pincode.

We make every effort to display accurate images and descriptions of our food items. However, the actual appearance of dishes may vary slightly from photographs shown on the website due to the handcrafted nature of our preparations.

All prices listed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges, if any, will be clearly displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and UPI payments. Upon placing an order, you will receive a payment link via email or SMS. Payment must be completed to confirm your order for online payment methods.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Any price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

We aim to deliver all orders within the estimated time frame displayed at the time of ordering. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on order volume, weather conditions, traffic, and other factors beyond our control.

You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address. We are not liable for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect address information. The delivery person will attempt to reach you via the phone number provided. If delivery cannot be completed due to your unavailability, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

Order cancellations are accepted only before the food preparation has started. Once preparation begins, cancellations may not be possible. Please refer to our Refund Policy page for detailed information on refunds and cancellations.

If you receive an incorrect or damaged order, please contact us within 30 minutes of delivery with photographs of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund as appropriate.

Creating an account is optional. You may place orders as a guest. If you choose to create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that we believe are being used fraudulently or in violation of these terms.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Biriyani Darbar and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this website without our express written consent.

Biriyani Darbar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim arising from an order shall not exceed the amount paid for that specific order.

We are not responsible for any adverse reactions to food items. Customers with food allergies should review ingredient information and contact us before ordering.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Guwahati, Assam.
